A light, airy gastro pub with open fires, sofas and pork pies on the bar.
The Stapleton Arms is a lovely family pub to visit, particularly for Sunday lunch.
Call three days beforehand with your preferred joint of meat and how you like it cooked. Then turn up with the family and enjoy a drink while the children play with the giant Connect 4 in the garden. When the Roast is ready it’s brought to your table with all the trimmings ready to carve.
Whilst the children run off their banana splits in the garden, you can relax on the sofas with the Sunday papers. A bit like being at home but without the hassle of cooking, this pub got lots of votes from our parent panel.

Love this pub. Great bar staff, super variety on the menu and a lovely atmosphere. Love the open fire and the bar is intimate but also big enough to have a raucous night with the girls without offending too many other drinkers and diners!!
