Tractor Ted’s Little Farm at Bowood House, Calne, Wiltshire will open for its third season on 27th March 2015.
This year, as well as the barn full of animals, the mini diggers and the animal play houses, there will be an exciting Easter Eggstravaganza, a Big Machines Weekend in May and August and Tractor Ted will be launching his new Little Farmer VIP Experience.
Tractor Ted’s Little Farm brings to life the hit series of real action farming stories told by Tractor Ted through books and DVDs which engage children with the fun of the countryside and farming.
In the barn young children will be able to see and handle lots of animals such as young calves, lambs and piglets, hens and chicks and they can watch incubating eggs and play with friendly guinea pigs and rabbits at regular times during each day.
Outside, little ones can enjoy sitting on Tractor Ted himself or let off steam by riding around the Tractor Track, digging on the mini diggers or bouncing around the animal play houses. There are also raised vegetable beds where children can see the most common farm crops being grown such as wheat, barley and maize.
Entry to Tractor Ted’s Little Farm is included in tickets to Bowood House & Garden. £11.00 for adults (12 years and above), £9.50 for Senior Citizens, £8.50 children 5-12 years and £6.50 for children 2-4 years. A family ticket for two adults and two children costs £33.50. www.bowood.org
